What makes a Buffalo Canoe so popular?

The Buffalo Canoe is an all purpose tandem or solo canoe. The 16' length offers enough capacity for 2 paddlers and plenty of cargo space. Due to the specifically designed symmetrical hull,  this canoe has good initial stability and secondary stability. Its shallow arch provides excellent maneuverability and tracking when needed. The hull is made with a superior material called T-Formex, a high tech plastic layup that is commercial grade tough. The 5 layer plastic layup combined with the best hardware and expert craftsmen make all the difference. We build them one at a time to last a lifetime!
